Ricard is currently Director of People & Culture at ISS Spain and a member of its Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the service industry, since in 1987 he founded a contract cleaning company in Barcelona. This company was eventually acquired by ISS in 1999. Prior to this, he worked as Research Officer at the The London School of Economics and Political Science, where he had graduated with B.Sc. (Econ) and M.Sc. (Econ) degrees. He is married and has three grown children.
