Edmund B. (Ted) Freeman, Psy.D., is the Culture Officer at EILEEN FISHER, INC., and a member of EF’s Facilitating Leader Team. In support of a brand-led sustainable business model, Ted and his partners engage and empower a community of employee owners, engender a thriving culture, and create and execute strategies that provide supporting infrastructure and business processes. Ted leads the People & Culture Circle (inclusive of internal communications, talent acquisition, organization development, learning and development and benefits and compensation), provides leadership to the Information Technology team, and facilitates Operations Circle (governing the end-to-end supply chain).Ted couples a deep background in leadership development, organizational change and executive coaching with extensive experience consulting to employee-owned companies and nonprofit organizations.
Ted has taught leadership, organization development, and consulting at Rutgers University, University of Pennsylvania, and George Mason University. He also has held a senior staff position at the Wharton School’s Executive Development Program. He received his doctorate in organizational psychology from Rutgers University and his undergraduate degree from Haverford College.
