Adam Glauberg is the Head of Operations of Global Health Services for Johnson & Johnson. In his role, he is responsible for the delivery of Health and Wellbeing Services to all J&J employees worldwide. Adam directly oversees the provision of medical services to J&J employees through a network of more than 100 onsite medical clinics, and is responsible for integrating the delivery of services for EAP, Wellness, Health Promotion, and Education and Occupational Medicine to almost 140,000 employees in more than 75 countries. Since starting at J&J in 2007, Adam has focused on an integrated approach to coordinating all aspects of health and wellbeing programs along with benefit design, disability management, safety and other business units. In January 2020, as the first signs of a emerging health risk appeared in China, Adam established what would become the Global Pandemic Crisis Management Team. Throughout the pandemic Adam has led the global team responsible for ensuring employee health and safety and business continuity.
Prior to working at J&J Adam operated a network of outpatient medical facilities in the Northeast United States. He also has operational management experience in not for profit organization, information technology corporations and emergency medical services. Adam holds a B.S. in Biology and Psychology from Union College in Schenectady, NY.
